1. The sources of the initial information (information) for accounting, registration and updating of the state urban planning cadastre are:

1) central state bodies and local executive bodies;

2) state expert organization and expert organizations;

3) subjects of natural monopolies, quasi-public sector, providing compulsory services to individuals and legal entities;

4) customers who submit pre-design and design documentation, topographic and executive geodetic surveys;

5) data from land, water and other industrial cadastres, registers and other digital objects.

The basic subjects of the state urban planning cadastre are determined in accordance with the rules for maintaining and providing information and (or) information from the state urban planning cadastre, approved by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.

2. The format and structure of data for the provision of information and (or) information to the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre are established by a regulatory document on the maintenance of the state urban planning cadastre, approved by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.

3. Accounting and registration in the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre of pre-design and project documentation, including consideration and registration of engineering and geodetic survey materials (topographic surveys of project documentation and executive geodetic surveys at the stage of acceptance of a construction site into operation) for compliance with regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state regulatory documents to ensure the digital basis of urban planning activities, They are carried out by individuals and legal entities on a paid basis.

The costs of registering the materials specified in the first part of this paragraph in the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre are determined according to the prices of goods (works, services) produced and (or) sold by the subject of the state monopoly.

The registration of information from the state urban planning cadastre by state bodies, organizations providing public services, as well as organizations providing mandatory services to individuals and legal entities, is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds provided for these purposes.

4. Subjects of natural monopolies and the quasi-public sector, providing mandatory services to individuals and legal entities, place and update the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre with information about the reserve, availability of available and available capacities, capacities, locations, and throughput capacities of engineering networks on their balance sheet, in accordance with the rules for maintaining and providing information and (or) information from the state urban planning cadastre.

5. Local executive bodies of cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance for architecture and urban planning and subjects of natural monopolies accept applications for the issuance of architectural and planning assignments with specifications for connection to the networks of a natural monopoly entity or an increase in the volume of regulated services., as well as the issuance of the results of its review through the Government for Citizens State Corporation through the digital Government web portal or the automated digital system of the state urban cadastre.
