Article 686. Unilateral refusal to perform a contract for the provision of paid services of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The customer has the right to refuse to perform the contract for the provision of paid services, provided that the contractor pays the actual expenses incurred by him.
2. The contractor has the right to refuse to fulfill obligations under the contract for the provision of paid services only on condition of full compensation to the customer for losses caused by the termination of the contract, except in the case when this happened due to the fault of the customer.
