Article 714. Unilateral refusal to execute a freight forwarding contract of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The client or the forwarder has the right to cancel the freight forwarding contract by notifying the other party about it within a reasonable period of time.
2. In case of unilateral refusal to perform the contract, the party who declared the refusal shall compensate the other party for the losses caused by the termination of the contract.
