Article 7. The language of international treaties The Law on International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Bilateral international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan with foreign states are concluded in the official language of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other languages by agreement of the parties.
The bilateral international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan with international organizations are concluded in languages determined by agreement of the parties participating in the negotiations.
2. Multilateral international treaties are concluded in languages determined by agreement of the parties involved in the negotiations.
3. Amendments and additions to international treaties are drawn up in the languages of their conclusion.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 No. 54.
This Law defines the procedure for concluding, executing, amending and terminating international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
International treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are concluded, executed, amended and terminated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, generally recognized principles and norms of international law, the provisions of the international treaty itself, the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
