1. Under a bank loan agreement, the lender undertakes to loan money to the borrower on the terms of payment, urgency, and repayment.

1-1. Under a bank loan agreement, under which the lender is an Islamic bank, the loan of money is carried out on terms of urgency and repayment and without charging remuneration for the use of money.

2. The rules relating to the loan agreement, with the specifics provided for in Article 728 of this Code, shall apply to the bank loan agreement.
