Article 74. Obstruction of obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Illegal actions (inaction) of officials preventing a person from obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, –

     they entail a fine in the amount of fifteen monthly calculation indices.

     2. The actions provided for in the first part of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –  

     they entail a fine in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices.
