Article 826. Private presentation of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offences  

     1. When cases of violations of the rule of law are identified, as well as the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of administrative offenses are established, the body (official) submits to the relevant organization and officials a presentation on taking measures to eliminate them.

     The submission of the body (official) may be appealed to a higher authority (official) within ten days from the date of its receipt. The decision of a higher authority made based on the results of consideration of a complaint against a submission may be appealed to a specialized district and equivalent administrative offences court within ten days from the date of its receipt, the decision of which is not subject to appeal. The decision of the body (official) is made in the form of a definition.

     2. Heads of organizations and other officials are required to review a private submission within one month from the date of its receipt and report on the measures taken to the body (official) who submitted the submission.
