 1.persons sentenced to arrest are kept in cells at special reception facilities.

Men and women, as well as persons who have previously served sentences in institutions and have a criminal record, are kept separately.

Convicts suffering from various infectious diseases are kept separately and separately from healthy convicts.

Convicted former employees of courts, law enforcement agencies and special state bodies, persons authorized to exercise control and supervision over the behavior of convicted convicts are detained in isolation from other convicts.

If a convicted person is sent for hospitalization in medical organizations of the healthcare system, an escort is placed to ensure his security.

2.food is provided to persons sentenced to imprisonment in accordance with the norms established for persons sentenced to imprisonment.

During the period of detention of military personnel in the guardhouse, meals are provided in accordance with the norms established by the authorized bodies in the areas of the criminal Executive Service, National Security, Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the central authorized body for budget planning.

3.convicted officers, military personnel of Sergeant, sergeant and rank and file formations are detained separately from military personnel held in the guardhouse on separate and other grounds during the period of serving sentences in the form of detention.
