1. The commissioning of the digital government's digital facility is carried out in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation, subject to the positive completion of trial operation with the participation of the authorized body and the authorized body in the field of cybersecurity.

2. During the industrial operation of the digital facility of the "digital government",:

1) compliance with uniform requirements in the areas of digitalization and cybersecurity;

2) preservation, protection, restoration of digital resources in case of failure or damage;

3) backup and control over timely updating of digital resources;

4) automated accounting, preservation and periodic archiving of information about requests to the digital system of the state body;

5) maintenance of the digital facility of the "digital government";

6) technical support for the licensed software used by the digital facility of the digital government;

7) System maintenance;

8) reduction (exclusion) of the use of paper documents, as well as the requirements for their presentation in the exercise of public functions and the provision of public services;

9) warranty service by the supplier of the digital facility of the "digital government", including the elimination of errors and deficiencies identified during the warranty period. The warranty service is provided for a period of at least one year from the date of commissioning of the digital facility of the digital government.
