Article 87. Constituent documents of the Joint-stock Company of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The founding documents of a joint-stock company are the founding agreement (the decision of the sole founder) and the charter.
The constituent documents of a joint-stock company must contain the information defined by this Code and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The constituent documents of a joint-stock company are subject to notarization.
2. The validity of the founding agreement (the decision of the sole founder) is terminated from the date of state registration of the issue of the declared shares.
3. The procedure for approving the charter of a joint-stock company is established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
