Article 9. Preservation of professional secrecy The Law on Advocacy and Legal Assistance

      A professional secret cannot be disclosed without the client's consent.  

     When providing legal assistance, measures are taken to preserve professional secrecy, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The obligation to maintain professional secrecy is not limited in time.
