1. The results of engineering surveys must be reliable and carried out to the extent necessary to establish the design values of the parameters and other design characteristics of the construction site, as well as the planned measures to ensure its safety.

The calculated data as part of the engineering survey results should be reasonable and contain a forecast of changes in their values during the construction and operation of the construction site.

When analyzing and evaluating the quality of project documentation, expert organizations are required to verify the relevance of engineering surveys and the compliance of these results with applicable standards, including completeness, composition, volume, methods and technologies for the production of engineering and geological surveys.

2. The results of engineering surveys (topographic survey of urban planning projects, topographic survey at the design stage and executive geodetic survey at the stage of acceptance of a construction object into operation) are entered by customers into the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre prior to the examination of projects in accordance with the rules for registration in the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre of urban planning projects, pre-design and design estimates, as well as architectural objects, urban planning and construction activities.

3. The organization of the process of preparing engineering surveys for construction sites is carried out on the portal for organizing the development and examination of projects based on the "one-stop shop" principle, which is mandatory for construction projects financed by public investments.

4. Preparation of project documentation, as well as construction and reconstruction of construction facilities without performing appropriate engineering surveys are not allowed.
