To ratify the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the areas of activity of border representatives (map 1:200,000), signed in Bishkek on May 20, 2019.

Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the areas of activity of border representatives (map 1:200,000)
The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, in accordance with article 2 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Activities of Border Representatives dated December 15, 2001, agreed to determine the following sections of the state border of the activities of border representatives:
from the Republic of Kazakhstan:
along the Almaty section - from the 6995 (7228) marker (the junction point of the state borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the People's Republic of China) [with geodetic coordinates 42º12'36.4" north and 80º10'31.1" east] to the border sign No. 36 (5664) (Kastek Pass) [with geodetic coordinates 42º56'23.8" c.w. and 75º49'26.8" e.d.];
along the Kordai section - from the border sign No. 36 (5664) (Kastek pass) [with geodetic coordinates 42º56'23.8" north and 75º49'26.8" east] to boundary marker No. 158 (4476) [with geodetic coordinates 42º49'21.8" south and 73º30'41.4" east];
along the Taraz section, from border section No. 158 (4476) [with geodetic coordinates 42°49'21.8" s and 73°30'41.4" w] to mark 4131 (8060) (the junction point of the state borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan) [with geodetic coordinates 42º15'48.6" north and 70º56'42.0" east].
from the Kyrgyz Republic:
along the Issyk-Kul section - from mark 6995 (7228) (the junction point of the state borders of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China) [with geodetic coordinates 42º12'36.4" north and 80º10'31.1" east] to mark 4642 (5280) [with geodetic coordinates 42º54'56.5" c.w. and 77 ° 13'23.1" in.d.];
in the Chui area - from the 4642 (5280) marker [with geodetic coordinates 42º54'56.5" north and 77º13'23.1" east] to the geodetic point with the 4315 (9676) marker [with geodetic coordinates 42º25'28.6" north and 73º30'22.8" east];
along the Talas site - from the geodetic point with the mark 4315 (9676) [with geodetic coordinates 42º25'28.6" n and 73º30'22.8" e] to the mark 4131 (8060) (the junction point of the state borders of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan) [with geodetic coordinates 42º15'48.6" north and 70º56'42.0" east].
This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the last of the written notifications from the Parties on the implementation of the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force, and shall terminate simultaneously with the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the activities of Border Representatives dated December 15, 2001.
Done in Bishkek on May 20, 2019, in two original copies, each in the Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Russian languages, all texts being equally authentic.
In case of a discrepancy in the texts, the Parties refer to the text in Russian.
