Article 572. Presence of representatives of the competent authorities of the requesting State CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A representative of the competent authority of a foreign state, whose presence permit has been granted in accordance with the requirements of this Code, is not entitled to independently carry out any procedural actions on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If present during the conduct of the procedural actions, such representatives must comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The persons provided for in the first part of this article have the right to be present during the conduct of procedural actions, submit applications and make comments on the procedure for their conduct, which must be recorded in the protocol of the procedural action, with the permission of the investigator, the body of inquiry, the prosecutor or the court, to ask questions, as well as to make notes, including using scientifictechnical means.
