1. A business partnership is a commercial organization that is a legal entity with an authorized capital divided into contributions (shares) of the founders (participants) and with profit-making as the main purpose of its activities.

2. Business partnerships may be established in the form of a general partnership, a limited partnership, a limited liability partnership, or a partnership with additional liability.

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/21/2013 No. 106-V (effective ten calendar days after its first official publication).
