Article 199. The rights of the owner in relation to the property under the economic jurisdiction of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The owner of the property under economic management, in accordance with legislative acts, decides on the establishment of an enterprise, determines the subject and objectives of its activities, reorganizes and liquidates it, and monitors the intended use and safety of the property belonging to the enterprise.
The owner has the right to receive a portion of the net income from the use of property under the economic management of the enterprise he created.
