1. Intentional infliction of minor harm to health –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to two hundred hours, or arrest for up to fifty days.

2. The same act committed by:

1) in relation to two or more persons;

2) in relation to a person or his relatives in connection with the exercise of official activity by this person or the performance of a professional or public duty;

3) with special cruelty, as well as against a person who is obviously helpless or financially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrator.;

4) a group of persons, a group of persons by prior agreement;

5) out of hooligan motives;

6) motivated by social, national, racial, religious hatred or enmity;

7) repeatedly;

8) in relation to a known minor, –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to six hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.
