Article 107. Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1 Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health -

     is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to six hundred hours, or imprisonment for up to two years.

2 The same act committed by:

     1) in relation to two or more persons;

     2) in relation to a person or his relatives in connection with the exercise of official activity by this person or the performance of a professional or public duty;

     3) with special cruelty, as well as against a person who is obviously helpless or financially or otherwise dependent on the perpetrator.;

     4) a group of persons by prior agreement, a criminal group;

     5) out of hooligan motives;

     6) motivated by social, national, racial, religious hatred or enmity;

     7) repeatedly;

     8) in relation to a known minor, –

     is punishable by imprisonment for a term of up to three years.
