Article 121-1. Sexual harassment of persons under the age of sixteen of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Committing indecent acts of a sexual nature against a person who is obviously under the age of sixteen, involving proposals, including using telecommunications networks, including the Internet, or touching of a sexual nature, –

     is punishable by correctional labor in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices or by community service for up to two hundred hours, or by arrest for up to fifty days with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
