Article 123. Coercion to sexual intercourse, sodomy, lesbianism or other sexual acts of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1 Forcing a person to have sexual intercourse, sodomy, lesbianism, or commit other sexual acts by blackmail, threats of destruction, damage, or seizure of property, or using the victim's (victim's) material or other dependence –

     is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to three thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.

2 The same act committed against a minor (minor), –

     is punishable by imprisonment for a term of up to five years with life imprisonment for the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
