Article 13. Legal capacity of citizens The Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The ability to have civil rights and bear responsibilities (civil legal capacity) is recognized equally for all citizens.
2. The legal capacity of a citizen arises at the moment of his birth and is terminated by death.
