Article 134. Debt collection based on a court order of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A court order is a judicial act that is issued in electronic form upon the plaintiff's application for the recovery of money or the recovery of movable property from the defendant for indisputable claims, as well as upon the plaintiff's application for the execution of agreements concluded in the pre-trial settlement of a dispute in cases established by law or provided for by contract, without summoning the defendant and the plaintiff to hear their explanations and without a trial.
2. A court order has the force of an enforcement document. Recovery by court order is carried out in accordance with the procedure established for the execution of court decisions.
