Comments to article 139. The procedure and term for issuing a court order of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
A court order on the merits of an indisputable claim is issued by a judge within three working days from the date of receipt of the application to the court.This provision obliges the judge to issue a court order within three working days from the date of receipt of the application to the court. The specified time period is calculated according to the rules established by Article 122 of the CPC.
