Article 143. Issuing a court order to the plaintiff and sending it for execution of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 143. Issuing a court order to the plaintiff and sending it for execution of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If the defendant does not object to the court within the prescribed period, the court order is issued to the plaintiff for enforcement or, upon his request, is sent by the court for execution to the appropriate judicial authority or the regional chamber of private bailiffs for territorial jurisdiction.

     2. At the request of the plaintiff, as well as for requirements subject to immediate execution in accordance with Article 243 of this Code, the court order is sent for execution directly by the court.

     3. In order to collect the state fee from the defendant to the income of the relevant budget, a separate copy of the court order is sent directly by the court to the relevant judicial authority or the regional chamber of private bailiffs by territorial jurisdiction.
