1. In case of failure to appear on summons without valid reasons, the suspect, the accused, the defendant, as well as the witness, the victim may be brought (forcibly delivered) by a reasoned decision of the person conducting the pre-trial investigation.

2. Valid reasons for non-appearance of a person duly notified of a summons are recognized as: illness, making it impossible for a person to appear, death of close relatives, natural disasters, and other reasons that make it impossible for a person to appear at the appointed time. The suspect, the accused, the defendant, as well as the witness and the victim, are obliged to notify the authority by which they were summoned if there are valid reasons preventing them from appearing on the call at the appointed time.

3. The summoning order is announced to the suspect, the accused, as well as to the witness and the victim before its execution, which is confirmed by their signature on the decision.

4. The drive cannot be operated at night.

5. Minors under the age of fourteen may not be brought, and persons under the age of eighteen, without notifying their legal representative, pregnant women, as well as patients who, for health reasons, cannot or should not leave their place of residence, which must be certified by a doctor.

6. A court order on summoning is executed by a bailiff, an internal affairs body; a prosecutor's, inquirer's, investigator's decision is executed by the body conducting the inquiry, preliminary investigation, or internal affairs body.
