Article 171. Administrative supervision of persons who have served their sentences of the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Administrative supervision is established over persons who have served their sentences for:

     1) crimes committed during a dangerous relapse, as well as for terrorist or extremist crimes, crimes against the sexual integrity of minors;

     2) grave and (or) especially grave crimes, or convicted two or more times to imprisonment for intentional crimes and who had a third negative degree of behavior at the time of the end of the sentence.
