Article 87. Peculiarities of the legal status of convicted military personnel serving sentences in the form of arrest of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The time spent serving a sentence in the form of arrest is not counted in the total period of military service and seniority for the assignment of another military rank.

     2. While serving his sentence, a convicted person may not be presented for another military rank, appointed to a higher position, transferred to a new duty station and dismissed from military service, except in cases where he is declared unfit for service for health reasons.

     3. No monetary allowance is paid to convicted military personnel while serving their sentence in the form of arrest.
