Article 23. Legal capacity of minors under the age of fourteen (minors) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 

     1. For minors under the age of fourteen (minors), transactions are made on their behalf by legal representatives, unless otherwise provided by legislative acts.

     2. Minors under the age of fourteen (minors) have the right to independently carry out only minor household transactions appropriate to their age, which are executed at the very time of their commission.
