Article 25. Monitoring of documents adopted based on the results of the state audit and financial control The Law on State Audit and Financial Control

     1. The state audit and financial control bodies systematically monitor the recommendations given by them in the audit report and the instructions sent for mandatory execution.

     2. Information on the results of consideration of recommendations and on the execution of instructions must be sent by the state audit facility and other interested persons to the relevant state audit and financial control body within the time limits specified in the relevant documents, accompanied by supporting documents.

      3. Officials of the state audit facility are responsible for non-compliance with the instructions of the state audit and financial control bodies in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2015 No. 392-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations related to state audit and financial control, defines the powers and organization of the activities of state audit and financial control bodies.
