Article 60. The procedure for appealing legal acts, actions (inaction) of State audit and financial control bodies and (or) their officials The Law on State Audit and Financial Control

     1. Actions (inaction) of the state audit and financial control bodies and (or) their officials may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. An appeal against legal acts of the state audit and financial control bodies related to the revealed facts of misuse and (or) unjustified use of budgetary funds does not suspend their execution.

     3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2018 No. 202-VI (effective from 01.01.2019).        

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2015 No. 392-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations related to state audit and financial control, defines the powers and organization of the activities of state audit and financial control bodies.
