Article 33. Analysis of the results of the state audit and financial control The Law on State Audit and Financial Control

     The state audit and financial control bodies systematically analyze the results of the conducted state audit and financial control, summarize and investigate the causes and consequences of identified violations and deficiencies in the budget execution process, the use of state assets and quasi-public sector entities.

     Based on the results of the analysis, the state audit and financial control bodies develop proposals to improve the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of the financial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and submit them to the relevant authorized bodies for consideration.

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2015 No. 392-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations related to state audit and financial control, defines the powers and organization of the activities of state audit and financial control bodies.
