Article 260. Issuance of things and documents at the request of a person conducting a pre-trial investigation of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

  1.a person carrying out a pre-trial investigation, without conducting a search or seizure, has the right to demand from the head of an Enterprise, Institution, Organization, as well as from citizens to provide things and documents necessary for temporary use in conducting investigative actions. To such things and documents:

     1) similar models or models designed to reproduce the conditions and conditions of the studied event during the experiment;

     2) something or document that is identical to the thing or document proposed for recognition;

     3) devices, tools, instruments, materials intended for use in conducting investigative actions or expert research, if the person carrying out the pre-trial investigation or the specialist, expert or expert institution acting on his behalf does not have them.

     After the expiration of the need, these things, documents are subject to return by affiliation.

     2.heads and officials of State bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, at the request of the person conducting the pre-trial investigation, agreed with the prosecutor, are obliged to conduct an unscheduled audit, documentary audit or other official audit within their competence and submit an act of audit or audit with all appendices within the established time frame.

     3.a person conducting a pre-trial investigation has the right to demand the elimination of the noted shortcomings in the document, finding deviations, gaps, contradictions and other shortcomings from the rules established by the act of audit or verification or other document.
