Article 308. Criminal cases subject to the jurisdiction of a Specialized Interdistrict court for criminal cases Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 1. Specialized inter-district courts for criminal cases act as courts of first instance.

     2. The criminal record of specialized inter-district courts for criminal cases shall be submitted to the criminal record of particularly serious crimes provided for by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of cases referred to the criminal record of specialized Inter-District military courts for criminal cases, 116 (in the second and third parts), 146 (in the third and fourth parts), 249 (in the second part), 317 (in the fourth part), 335 (in the fourth part), 337 (in the fourth and sixth parts), 345 (in the fourth part), 345-1 (in the fourth part), 346 (parts five and six)-refers to criminal cases of crimes provided for in articles.

     3.specialized inter-district courts for criminal cases at the stage of execution of sentences consider issues specified in articles 475 and 476 of this code in cases referred to their jurisdiction.

     4. in cases provided for by this code, specialized inter-district courts on criminal cases consider applications for initiating proceedings in cases referred to their jurisdiction on newly discovered circumstances
