Article 31. Provision of guarantees and guarantees for loans The Law on Industrial Policy

     1. Guarantees and guarantees for loans are provided by a financial agent designated by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for loans from second-tier banks issued to subjects of industrial and innovative activity for the implementation of industrial and innovative projects.

     2. The conditions and mechanisms for the provision of guarantees and loan guarantees by a financial agent are determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

     This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
