Article 313-1. Suicide propaganda The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Propaganda of suicide, that is, the deliberate dissemination of information in any form in order to arouse the determination of an unlimited number of people to commit suicide, in the absence of signs of criminal offenses provided for in Article 105 of this Code, –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of two hundred monthly calculation indices or correctional labor in the same amount.
2. The act provided for in the first part of this article, which entailed the attempted suicide of one or more persons, –
is punishable by restriction of liberty for one year or imprisonment for the same term.
3. The act provided for in the first part of this article, which resulted in the suicide of a person, –
is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to five years.
