Article 322. Waste transportation of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Waste transportation is understood as the activity related to the movement of waste by means of specialized vehicles between the places of their formation, accumulation in the process of collection, sorting, processing, recovery and (or) disposal.
Local executive bodies shall organize the transportation of separately collected waste separately according to the waste fractions specified in paragraph 6 of Article 365 of this Code.
2. Waste transportation is carried out in compliance with the requirements of this Code.
