Article 34. Publicity of the Constitutional Law On The Constitutional Court Of The Republic of Kazakhstan

     The consideration of appeals in the Constitutional Court is open. A closed session may be held by resolution of the Constitutional Court in the interests of protecting State secrets and other legally protected secrets.
