Article 78. Publicity and transparency of the provision of State support measures aimed at improving housing conditions of the Housing Relations Act

     1. The lists of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candace, registered as those in need of housing in the unified republican electronic database, the electronic database "Housing Provision Center", are published monthly on the Internet resource of the housing construction savings bank, which has the status of the national Development Institute.

     Lists of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candace, who have received state support measures aimed at improving housing conditions over the past twenty-four months, are provided for review at the request of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Candace, who are registered in need of housing in the unified republican electronic database, the electronic database "Housing Provision Center", and are posted on the Internetthe resource of the housing construction savings bank, which has the status of a national development institute.

     2. The forms of the lists of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candace, who have received state support measures aimed at improving housing conditions, contain:

     the date of registration of those in need of housing in the unified republican electronic database, the electronic database "Housing Provision Center";

     the grounds for receiving a state support measure aimed at improving housing conditions, including its type and date of provision.

     3. The housing construction savings bank, which has the status of a national development institute, is obliged to provide access to local executive bodies of cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance and the authorized body to the unified republican electronic database, the electronic database "Housing Provision Center" for the performance of functions provided for by this Law, in accordance with the rules for the implementation of measures government support aimed at improving housing conditions.
