Article 48. Publicity of preliminary decisions on the classification of goods of the Code on Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Information from the preliminary decisions on the classification of goods, with the exception of information constituting state, commercial, banking, tax and other legally protected secrets (secrets), as well as other confidential information concerning the person concerned, is posted on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Union.

     The procedure for sending such information to the Commission by the Customs authorities, including the technical conditions for submitting information, is determined by the Commission.
