Article 278. Transparency of the activities of state bodies in relation to investors and ensuring investors' access to information related to the implementation of investment activities of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Official communications of the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of investors shall be published in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Investors, including investors who have invested less than ten percent of the voting shares (less than ten percent of the total votes of the participants), are provided with free access to information on registration of legal entities, their charters, registration of real estate transactions, licenses issued, as well as other information provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to It is related to their investment activities and does not contain commercial or other legally protected secrets.
