Article 395. Repeated violation of the rules of attraction and use of foreign labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Repeated employment by the employer of foreigners and stateless persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan without the appropriate permission of the authorized body, as well as repeated violation by the employer of the rules for the use of foreign labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan –

are punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to two hundred hours, or arrest for up to fifty days.
