Article 8. Attraction of foreign labor of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Astana International Financial Center
1. The participants and bodies of the Center have the right to attract foreigners and stateless persons to carry out activities in the Center without obtaining permission.
Foreigners and stateless persons attracted by the participants and bodies of the Center are exempt from the obligation to obtain a work permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The participants and bodies of the Center are required to have and keep documents confirming their high qualifications for each employee involved, and the attracted foreigner and stateless person are required to submit them to the participant or body of the Center.
The list of documents confirming the high qualifications of foreigners and stateless persons is determined by the Committee of the Center for Financial Services Regulation.
3. The administration of the Center keeps records of the foreign labor force attracted by the participants and bodies of the Center. Information about attracted foreigners and stateless persons is submitted by the administration of the Center to the authorized body on migration issues. The composition of the information provided to the authorized body on population migration, the frequency and procedure for their provision are determined by a joint act of the administration of the Center and the authorized body on population migration.
Participants and authorities of the Center submit information about attracted foreigners and stateless persons to the administration of the Center in accordance with the acts of the Center.
