Article 398. The time limit for filing an appeal, a prosecutor's request for a court decision on the return of a child or on the exercise of access rights, and the time limit for considering the case in the court of appeal

Article 398. The time limit for filing an appeal, a prosecutor's request for a court decision on the return of a child or on the exercise of access rights, and the time limit for considering the case in the court of appeal

     1. An appeal, a prosecutor's petition against a court decision on the return of a child or on the exercise of access rights may be filed within ten days from the date of the final court decision in accordance with the rules established by Chapter 52 of this Code.

     2. A case on the return of a child or on the exercise of access rights received on appeal or at the request of a prosecutor shall be considered within a period not exceeding one month from the date of its receipt by the court of appeal in accordance with the rules established by Chapter 52 of this Code.
