Article 50. Consideration of issues on suspension or termination of enforcement proceedings, return of the enforcement document to the recoverer or sending it to the bankruptcy trustee, rehabilitation manager, to the liquidation commission of the debtor –legal entity The Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs

     1. The issues of suspension, termination of enforcement proceedings, return of the enforcement document or sending it to the bankruptcy trustee, rehabilitation manager, to the liquidation commission of the debtor – legal entity are considered by the bailiff.

     2. The bailiff issues a resolution on the suspension or termination of enforcement proceedings, the return of the enforcement document, or its referral to the bankruptcy trustee, rehabilitation manager, or liquidation commission of the debtor – legal entity, which for state bailiffs is subject to approval by the head of the territorial department– the senior bailiff.

     3. The decision of the bailiff to suspend or terminate enforcement proceedings, return the enforcement document, or send it to the bankruptcy trustee, rehabilitation manager, or liquidation commission of the debtor – legal entity may be appealed to the court.
