Article 4. The basic principles of the gambling Business Law

      The basic principles of carrying out activities in the field of gambling are:  

      1) ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of gambling business participants;  

      2) ensuring the legality of the conduct of their activities by gambling business organizers.
