1. State regulation of activities and control in the field of gambling in the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authorized body and other state bodies within their competence.

2. The forms of state regulation of activities in the field of gambling are:

1) determination of the procedure for carrying out activities in the field of gambling;

2) licensing activities in the field of gambling in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) implementation of state control over activities in the field of gambling.
