1. Licensing of activities in the field of gambling is carried out in accordance with this Law and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.

2. Gambling activities are carried out on the basis of a license issued to the applicant for each gambling establishment for a period of ten years.

Betting activities are carried out on the basis of a license issued to the applicant for the activities of a bookmaker's office or a sweepstake for a period of ten years.

3. The amount, procedure for calculating and paying the license fee, fees for the use of licenses for certain types of activities are determined by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code).

4. License data is entered in the licensor's electronic register.
