Article 605. Notification of a change or cancellation of a court verdict, termination or modification of the application of a compulsory medical measure against a transferred citizen of a foreign state CPC RK Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In the event of a change or cancellation of the verdict of the court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, termination or modification of the application of a compulsory medical measure imposed by the court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in respect of foreigners referred to in Article 602 of this Code who have been transferred to serve their sentences or undergo compulsory treatment in a foreign state, as well as the application of an act of amnesty or pardon to those convicted in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the General The Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan sends a copy of the relevant decision to the authorized body of a foreign state.

     2. If the verdict is overturned and a new trial is scheduled, other necessary documents are sent at the same time.
