Article 567. Notification of the results of consideration of the request (instructions, petitions) for the provision of legal assistance CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In case of satisfaction of the request (instruction, petition) for legal assistance, the central body of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the body authorized to carry out communications is obliged to ensure the transfer to the requesting party of the materials obtained as a result of the execution of the request (instruction, petition).

     2. In case of refusal to satisfy a request (order, petition) for legal assistance, the central body of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the body authorized to conduct communications shall inform the requesting party of the reasons for the refusal, as well as the conditions under which the request (order, petition) can be reviewed again, and shall return the request (order, petition).

     3. If there are grounds for refusing to satisfy a request (instruction, petition) for legal assistance or postponing its execution, the central body of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the body authorized to conduct communications may coordinate with the requesting party the procedure for executing the request under certain restrictions. If the requesting party agrees to certain conditions, the request is satisfied after the requesting party fulfills these conditions.
