Article 610. Notification of the amendment or cancellation of a verdict or decision of a court of a foreign state CPC RK Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Any issues related to the review of a verdict or decision of a court of a foreign state shall be resolved by the court of the State in which the verdict or decision was rendered.

     2. In the event of a change or cancellation of a sentence or a decision of a foreign court, the issue of the execution of this decision shall be considered in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Code.

     3. If the verdict or decision of a foreign court is overturned and a new pre-trial investigation or new trial is ordered, the issue of subsequent criminal proceedings shall be resolved by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with this Code.
